I created Health Pulse because I am dedicated to helping people find their way to a healthy life. I have been around the block a few times in 25 years in the fitness industry. We have seen a few trends in fashion come and go. There have been so many changes in the ideology behind fitness it takes quite a bit to keep up with what the latest thing is. From the very basic idea of using your body weight (plyometrics) along with holding poses (isometrics) we can be fit and toned using Yoga, we need to take care of our heart and we need to stretch our muscles. We also need to watch our nutrition and make sure our intake of water is adequate.

Taking care of your self is your number one priority if you want to live a long and productive life to your fullest potential.
